「員工態度認真、積極，樂意幫忙並提供建議。整體來說，十分滿意。 唯一不理想是完成SPA後 , 沒有地方給我們歇息，只安排我們在reception 等候區坐著，給飲品一杯。別間五星大酒店的SPA 是安排我們在一間休閑房內，飲品和小食亦已準備在房中，員工詢問SPA的體驗和聆聽我們的意見，而價錢比四季的SPA 便宜。」

「Awesome view and nice decoration and amenities. Only downside is that grooming products like razors and toothpaste are not provided for free...because if their eco friendly program. I think there are others ways to be evo friendly ..... this is below the standard of top 5 stars hotel brand like F season and Mandarin.....so bring your own」

「飯店環境非常好，服務也非常好， 餐點也好吃，非常方便。 可惜是房間整潔度並沒有很完整。我們這次總共4個房間。」

「The hotel is located at a very high altitude, and the road from the street to the hotel entrance is extremely steep. It requires good physical strength to climb up, especially if you're carrying luggage. The bed sheets in the room often have stains or holes, and slippers are not provided daily. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, so it's not particularly convenient.」

「Nice big rooms for a relatively convenient location. Good price offered on Hotels.com. On the first night we found a footprint on the bedsheet which the hotel swiftly replaced. Overall hotel is clean and well kept but does show signs of use and aging. We had a room overlooking the creek and there were constantly smokers outside so we had to keep the curtains closed at all times (we were in the middle floors.) our friend had lower level floor room facing the DDM and they could hear the bustling...

「地理位置就在明洞正旁邊，出門買彩妝吃東西搭地鐵捷運都非常方便。 小缺點是門縫稍大，早上一直聽到隔壁間開關門進出的聲音，以及廁所有一點異味。」
