I think what really set them aside from the rest is how the employees really felt like they were happy to be there and were looking to go above and beyond at every second. "Due to metro construction, access to the hotel either via taxi or bolt/uber was a little hazzle. Other than that, the location of the hotel was really convenient for those who wants to walk to downtown shopping and excellent restaurants areas. Hotel staff was really friendly and as helpful as possible. English speakers will have no issue to communicate with them. Room decor was beautiful but our room was in the corner, so accessing to the bathroom from one side of the bed may seem really awkard, especially when you wake up in the middle of the night. Else, the room was really nice. Breakfast was great in my opinion. I highly recommend this hotel. "
