“This was my fourth time staying at Publishing House, and I hope to return again soon (that is, when it isn't booked solid)! I love it at Publishing House: an ideal location, quiet, comfortable, and with the best possible breakfasts in a beautiful common area. My favorite place to stay in Chicago, really. “I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later. The room is not clean, and there are still paper towels used by previous guests in the trash can. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are charged separately, and mineral water is not provided in the room.”
