“Nice staffs are welcome in the reception. Detailed introduction Istanbul with map while check in by a male staff. Very friendly.
Room is very good condition, big enough, but no toothbrush provided. When I check out, another male staff provided excellent service to me, he helped me to call a taxi to take me to the nearest airport bus station ( The Point Hotel Taskim) 25LL. Also, he helped me to take my luggage into the taxi compartment, he is very helpful and nice.

“The Trinity hotel is conveniently located near the Taksim square with a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room could be a little bit bigger (bed is near the glass door to the balcony) but adequate for a city trip. Bathroom with shower is excellent! Airco works fine. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to stay for a drink with a superb view on the city.
Tip for breakfast: the restaurant between Taksim square and Gezi park.”

“The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night.
Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us.
On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the……

Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs.
