「There was pubic hair in shower I had to clean it b4 using. The pool had no seating it was all taken by a party they were not out there for hours but left all belongings where you could not use any chairs. There was a large family gathering and they were in Libby All hours and noisy Was not a normal relaxing visit to a crown property and the shower not being cleaned was disappointing」

At check in, i was directed to room 306 only to discover that was not the right room. The front desk agent gave me the wrong room, it was supposed to be 222. How did that mistake happen??
