「Upon arrival the front desk staff was so nice. We were given a room and it was filthy. It looked like all they did was make the bed without washing the covers which was covered in stains. All of the furniture had sticky spots and debris and the shower looked like it hadn't been washed in months. When I went down, I was given another room no questions asked and the clerk was so apologetic (I didn't get his name which is so not like me because I love giving Kudos) . 「The location is great, convenient to Walmart and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, and both stays have been peaceful and quiet. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at personally in the Augusta area. Will definitely be back! 」
