“Attitude was a real deal breaker for us. After arriving to our room we discovered the lights were out for 3/4 of the room - particularly troublesome for the bathroom. Went to front desk and waited about 20 min for someone to come and check out what we assumed to be a fuse issue. Another 20 min and problem is not resolved. Go to the desk to get an update and Miss Attitude is very sassy despite the patience and respect we afforded her. We had been on the beach all day and wanted to shower and head……

“Check in was super easy. Loved that I was sent a door code and never had to go to the front desk for initial check in. We were also sent daily updates about events around the property. Bonus: an amazing coffee shop on the first floor of the motel. Lived the vibe, would come back here!”

“Great location on the beach. Close to restaurants and bars, but still managed to be quiet at night. Nice view of the beach from our balcony. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast wasn't great. Fun to use the pancake-o-matic machine but they were rubbery. The bagels and the coffee were good though. Several good breakfast options nearby though like Sea Biscuit and Acme Lowcountry Kitchen.”

“The hotel itself had a great aesthetic, a beautiful pool area, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the actual room experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely small for my husband, daughter, and myself. The space felt very cramped, including the bathroom, and it made the stay uncomfortable overall. In addition, the TV in the room was broken and would not shut off unless it was unplugged. When I went behind the TV to unplug it, I discovered piles of dust built……

“Pros: - It's right on the beach - The on-site restaurant was good - good parking options. We could park our Armada with a hitch cargo carrier attached - we were able to move bed to the wall so small children won't fall off it :) Cons: - don't expect luxury. The lobby and the pool are kind of ugly, the stairs smell and everything in the public areas is kind of sticky - Rooms are not cleaned daily. We stayed for 2 days and they were never cleaned - They use super cheap synthetic blankets - The……

“Booked two rooms, one room the AC was blowing water out, plus the temperature never went down. Went to the front desk, told us they are full, not able to even give discount since it’s a third party booking. It’s cheap for a reason…..”

“The breakfast was decent. I liked the all day coffee. The staff was very nice. The fitness center needed attention. It was dirty both days I went. There were no wipes to wipe the equipment down and there were no workout towels. The outside furniture also needed a good cleaning.”
