“Our family of five adults had a wonderful 5 night stay in Shinjuku! The home was spacious and set in a very quiet neighborhood, which made it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed—including a coffee maker, coffee and toaster, which were such a treat to find in Japan. The showers were great, and we really appreciated how well equipped the space was overall.The location couldn’t have……

“Great place to stay”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a group of 5 people and the place was very comfortable for us, with extra space that we ended up using. It was an extremely convenient location within close walking distance of two different train stations, convenience stores, and other shops and food places. The air conditioning was so welcome in the August heat. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The place was next to the train tracks but we barely heard the trains, especially with the soundproof……

“Staff was very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage early before check in as we were already in Tokyo, we really appreciated our stay here as it had lots of room to spread out and was clean.”

“We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again.”

“We had a great stay at this property. Location was nice and close to the action, but far enough away for peace and quiet for sleeping. The house had everything we needed.”

“The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. ”

“A very nice, comfortable, well-equipped house in a quiet neighborhood yet close to subways. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed for the week. The property manager was very responsive to questions. My family would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was great for 2 families. The stairs are quite steep so you’ll need to be careful when going up and down. We did noticed that the floors were not swept as there were dust and cobwebs (one spider!) along the stairway. Overall, we still appreciate the house layout and the proximity to the train station. 7-11 is a very short distance away which made it super convenient to grab last minute snacks. ”

“The property was close to the station. There were lots of places to get a quick meal or sit and enjoy dinner with friends or family. Many shops in the area from clothing to make up all steps from the rental. The rental itself has plenty of room to enjoy if your just staying on for the night. All in all this was a great choice if I am in the area I will definitely choose it again thanks for having us ”

“Beautiful property! It is so convenient for family of four. The parents took the room on the ground floor and the kids were on the top level 3 floor and at and spent time on the middle/ second floor. We love the space in a cozy home ”

“Great little hideaway for our trip to Tokyo. Convenient location, easy to get around but away from the craziness of the city which was nice. Only downside was the beds are small.”
