「Servicing staff are very helpful and friendly. I upgraded to Delux room, it is worth and spacious. During the hot season. I can only start outdoor activities after 3pm. Therefore I stay most of the time in the room. Location is excellent, take 3 mins to Soug Waqif station and the market. 」

「We had a great stay at the Rixos! The suite we had was huge, with the most amazing balcony, with a great view of the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Plenty of choice for food to suit all, with all premium drinks available. The water park was incredible and both my sons loved it! All the staff were friendly and very helpful when needed. Would highly recommend this hotel.」

The reception team were really helpful and friendly and dealt with all of our requests and enquiries. The Beach Club was a nice bonus - free access and a complementary shuttle service. Food at breakfast and dinner was of a very good standard. 」

Stayed with 3 young children and we didn’t have anything to fault. Balcony has amazing views , pool was excellent especially the children’s pool which was temperature controlled.
