“The room was nice, however we were right next to the front desk and we could always hear the staff and custodians. The bathroom did not have toilet paper nor was there enough towels.”

“We had the best time ever and we can’t wait until we go back. From the very beginning tot he very end was the best. Our rooms were immaculate the food was outstanding and the whole hotel was spotless clean and the people were so polite and treated us like family. A couple of employees stuck out to us because of how they treated us. Claudia peguero, Monica Moreno and Julio from the Preferred club. Rene the trainer at the gym and Marbelis the waitress from noor who all went above and beyond.”
