“At the very last minute we had to find accomodations for one night in Salerno. We were lucky enough to find Home 47 and the wonderful host. Gracious and welcoming. “The location is within walking distance from the train and many of the sights of Salerno. It's on the main walking street of the town. And it is a few streets away from the waterfront walkway so it's walking distance to the ferry.There are many restaurants in the area. “Carmen was an amazing host! We arrived late and she met us at the front of the building and showed us around. Her and her mother were there every morning serving a delicious homemade breakfast and delicious Italian coffee. We took the ferry to Amalfi and Positano and it felt so nice to come back to Vietri Sul Mare where it was so much more laid back and chill. There were some lovely cafes and wine bars all around the place. We would definitely recommend this place.”
