「Rocky was awesome and gave us great recommendations. Check in lady was nice and had no issues. Only issue we had was the bar. My husband waiting a good 30 min with no acknowledgment and it wasn’t busy. This happened 2 nights in a row. Someone from the food area noticed he hadn’t been helped and helped him get his drink. Super disappointing and not sure what that was about since other people were getting served with no issues. Other than that everything else was great. 」

「I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.」
