“River View is absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway. The cabin was ideal for two, cozy, warm, and inviting. Best of all was Richie, the Golden Retriever, who greeted us in the morning and when we returned from being out.The cabins were the perfect distance from Pagosa Springs; far enough to be quiet, close enough to easily get into town.The view from the breakfast window was spectacular and Amanda was a wonderful hostess.I highly recommend the cabins for anyone wishing to get away to Pagosa.”

“Property was ok. The stairs were so steep and low head room. The stairs going up to the house were bad. So if you have someone with knee problems this isn’t this house. I have rented several houses over the years in this area and this house owner asked us not to put food scraps in the trash but rather to take them with us and dispose of. I wouldn’t tell anyone to rent this house. ”
