「No warning at all and we arrived when the road outside is 100% inaccessible, due to a road closure. We parked 2km away and walked to explain we had two b very large heavy suitcases but the person in reception was rude and unhelpful. When I left my cap in the room she bought it to the place where we were meeting our taxi. (She’d booked it for us too) for me this is a level beyond what would be expected. The room is small, the bathroom modern and very clean. The beds were very...

「It was right in middle of the old town, convenient for visiting the Cathedral and the Roman sites.」
