There are real petroglyphs you can see by taking the horse trail adventure. “The property itself has charm, but a few issues really impacted our stay. Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby. To their credit, staff did acknowledge that explanation wasn't really an excuse, but the resolution fell short: we were told housekeeping wouldn't address it until checkout (which was the next day), meaning we had to deal with it for the remainder of our……

“I did not like the water park hours. The only reason families stay there in the summer time is for the water park it closed at 7pm. There is also no shade over any of the pools, lazy river or slide waiting area. The drinks inside the water park were also way over priced $18 for a small maybe 10oz frozen margarita is insane. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel staff for the most part was good.”
