"The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and dining and the Nashville Aquatic Center. Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was great. The covered, secure parking was also a plus. There were some unfortunate elements of our stay: The apartment smells like spoiled milk or something rancid. "This apartment was spotless and so clean, we wondered if we could have been its first guest. Property located by numerous restaurants and 50 feet away from the famous Biscuit Love restaurant. Easy Uber trips to shopping or music venues made this a perfect spot to sightsee other parts of town. (Trips averaged about $8 per destination.) my friend could not say enough about the fabulous Tempurpedic mattresses. Thanks for a comfortable and safe stay."

"The 2 bdrm unit was roomy and comfortable. We found the unit very clean and the kitchen is nicely equipped. The location makes it very inexpensive to Uber to downtown and avoid the parking hassles. Also, the well preserved and Marathon Auto manufacturing row are with walking distance. The buildings have retained their character while put to modern uses, including the American Pickers Antique Archelogoy store."
