"The house location was perfect to get to all of the day/nightlife in the area! We didn’t spend much time at the house, but when we were there we were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for a group of 5, and more people could have easily fit comfortably. The only downside was the construction at the property next door. "This place is as lovely pictured, no surprises. Separate air unit and thermostat, a few fans available if needed, comfy bed, nice bathroom, neat and tidy! The room has a lot of charm and character. We never saw the host, but didn’t need to- easy in and out. Went to an event at the Ryman, which was an easy Lyft ride to and from. We’d love to stay here again- recommended place and host!"

"Stayed here with family for Vanderbilt graduation weekend. It was a convenient location, provided adequate space, enough parking space to park a vehicle in the garage and two others on street, and had good amenities to accommodate the needs of 5 adults and 2 infants. The rooftop and hot tub were nice extras for the occasion too."

"The place was amazing and was a convenient short walk to Broadway street. Very comfortable for 6 people. Had everything we needed. The only negative was the water to the unit was turned off 1 1/2 hours prior to check out time. Which was very disappointing. Not sure why this happened?? Otherwise all good comments!"

"I was never able to use the latch app to access building and to share information with my friends. We had to utilize the key pad codes for every building activity. The latch information did not match the information texted to me. I could only access the check out directions from email. "Fantastic stay at Urban Row. It is close enough to Broadway but also "far enough away." Uber rides are only $7-8 and we even walked into Broadway and shopped en route a few times. There is so much to do in the Gulch and Edgehill that we would definitely book here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"Having on suite laundry and kitchen is great, with the prices for everything on Broadway it helps cut back on spending. Was clean, the 10th floor area is great, quick walk to everything broadway, printers alley, buses etc. Staff was very nice The worst part was the noise from bikes, trash trucks etc it was very very loud, and their pillows are tiny so ask for more. Elevator can be a pain most of the time when busy"

"I will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity. Easy walk to Broadway. Other than a squeaking ceiling fan the place was perfect and directions to get in and out were detailed. Staff were visible, friendly, and helpful. The only recommendation I would have for others staying here is to bring a folding wagon or cart to get your things in and out of your room. "
