“Just got back from an awesome stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Aruba, and I'm giving it 5 out of 5 stars. The room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable, everything felt fresh. Perfect for crashing after a long day in the sun. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the bar folks had big smiles and were quick to help with whatever we needed. Made the whole vibe feel welcoming and relaxed. Food-wise, the restaurants were top notch. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
