"The owners were very helpful navigating the area, including a ride to the airport when it was time to leave. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was recently updated."

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"I really can't fault this stay at all. It reminded me of Premier Inn back when they looked loved and not shabby and penny-pinching. For the location - 5 mins walk from King's Cross - it was ideal. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
BTW, I stayed in the windowless room. I have to say, as someone who lives in a quiet countryside location, city hotels always mean sleepless nights. Not having a window, and not being exposed to passers-by/vehicles/sirens etc, meant I had a fantastic night's sleep."
"Third time staying at this hotel. It’s always very clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. It’s a great location for visiting the Royal Albert Hall."
"The hotel is well located centrally and easy to find, within a short walk of the tube.
There was no kettle, tea & coffee facilities in the room but it was only a short walk to plenty of nearby cafés. We stayed on some of the hottest days of the year, and there is no air conditioning but there was a fan in the room."
"Great stay for one night after a concert. The nest was clean and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were clean and always available. The nest and communal areas all had air conditioning which was very appreciated during the 35 degree heatwave. The nest was spacious and not claustrophobic at all. Had everything I needed for my stay.
It was a bit tricky to open the nests sometimes with it not being super obvious how you operated it with the QR scanning and then when to pull/push it open.
My nest was also right next to the dorm entrance so whenever anyone came/went the whole nest would rattle as the door loudly and forcefully slammed shut. But this settled by 1am, but I could imagine it being annoying if you wanted an earlier night.
I would stay again for a cheap but comfortable night in central London."
"This hotel is big, very well organised and immaculate.
Beds are incredibly comfortable and rooms are lovely.
Staff are extremely helpful.
Breakfast options are a plenty. Nice location for easy walkable access to both Euston and St Pancras stations. Would stay there again."
"Excelente hablan español y hacen x entenderte a Diferencia del Riu Westminster en London, sus desayunos son deliciosos y de gran variedad pague extra x una mejor habitación y si que buenísimo. Hotel cerca de todo lo q hay q visitar estaciones Comoras restaurantes etc. London no es caro es costoso entrar a sus lugares de interés. Comidas precios como en todos los países q deseas un buen lugar."
"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even though it was quite short. The upgraded room was definitely the highlight for me, and I truly appreciated that benefit.
However, I do have one concern. Although my room was prepaid, the upgrade was an additional charge. I believe the invoice (folio) for this extra charge should have been either sent to my email or provided to me at checkout, as it is separate from the Expedia booking. Unfortunately, I did not receive any folio or confirmation for my stay.
Aside from this issue, everything else was very good. I would certainly consider choosing this hotel again for a future stay."
