“Great property, easy to find with underground parking (if needed). Clean and well maintained rooms with very comfy beds. Easy walking distance to the harbour and some fantastic restaurants near by. Excellent! ”

“I randomly found this place as i was looking for some options to fit family of 9 without booking two separate rooms. This place is amazing and charming. It’s new, in soft industrial style but with cozy lounge sets in hallways and green plants. They have fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Every detail is considered for your comfort. The most important thing is the place is super clean, staff is very friendly and polite. It’s facing the freeway but you don’t hear any noise……

“The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. The property is a bit older and it shows, but nothing was a problem. The host was easy to communicate with and……

“This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more ”

“If you’re looking for a great home to stay at in San Diego, this is your spot! The house was absolutely perfect for our family and John and Kerri were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Hopefully, we’ll be in the same baseball tournament next year, and I will be booking this house for sure!! Thank you for the best week ever. Now, back to reality. ”

Highly recommend this stay. We were here for vacation for a week from Houston, Tx and felt right at home as soon as we walked in.
