Chateau Roaring Fork Unit 35 | Newly Updated Condo, 4 Blocks From Aspen Mountain

Newly updated with modern furniture, luxe window finishes, and new appliances, this second-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a wood-burning fireplace*, an open living area, and hardwood floors. The condo is four blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and closer to downtown Aspen. Unit amenities include a shared balcony with seating and an outdoor BBQ, as well as a washer/dryer inside the unit. *Please note firewood is not provided, and guests will need to procure firewood from City Market.

Chateau Roaring Fork's common amenities include an on-site heated pool and hot tubs, an on-site workout facility, an on-site conference room, free on-site parking, and free Wi-Fi. This complex has no elevator. The free local bus route (RFTA), with access to all four ski mountains, is located right outside.

Guests of Chateau Roaring Fork 35 receive complimentary Aspen Airport transfers, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
