"Nice clean big rooms. The hotel was a bit off the city center, though. But it’s ok for us. We are already tired of walking around the center. Time to rest and do the onsen at the hotel"

"Room was excellent in size and cleanliness. Staff was also very courteous and helpful most of the time. The dining room staff was outstanding. The one major faux pas was that my misplaced her walking cane somewhere in the hotel during our initial check in. We were staying for four nights but the cane was not found. However, two days later, we received an email indicating they had located the cane. The message did not indicate where the item was located but we were leaving Japan in two days so that notification was of no consequence. I tried to respond to their message but was not able to do so in English, although the message from the hotel was written in both Japanese and English. "
