「We had a great visit here. Robert’s place is ideally located for easy travel to great food and shopping. Royal Oak, Berkley, and Birmingham are all super close and it was also close to the freeway so we took trips to Ann Arbor and downtown easily as well. The place is really nice, well appointed and super clean. We were worried when we checked in and felt the floor shaking from the karate studio underneath but it turned out not to be a problem at all and was closed by the time we got back in...

「The stay was very disappointing. The tub was dirty with hair in it, and the bathroom sink also had hair stuck in the stopper. The carpet and furniture had stains, and I even found an old spill under the couch that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The hot water pressure was extremely low, and overall the space just didn’t feel clean or comfortable. I didn’t even shower because the bathroom felt too unsanitary. The place did not feel like “home,” and the lack of cleanliness really affected the stay.」

Although I was anxious about the neighborhood at first, there was off street parking, and the apartment was very quiet and private.it was safe and comfortable. As an added bonus there were snacks (which we loved as we got in and were very tired and hungry). Communication with owner was fast and easy. Would stay here again.」

"I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
