「Exceptionally clean, with incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows in an older style one story roadside motel which made it easy to get luggage in and out. Great location and an outstanding local restaurant right across the parking lot on Gull Lake. Very moderately priced which made it even better.」

「A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

「Good」

「Consistent in terms of expectation and what our experience was. Clean and safe most importantly.」

「Location was very close to highway and entrance ramp. Window did not reduce traffic noise from trucks, cars and motor cycles. I switched rooms at move in to try the opposite side a up to the 3rd floor. No better. I had trouble falling to sleep because of the traffic noise. Woke at 3 AM, and could not get back to sleep due to the constant traffic noise. Breakfast scrambled eggs were slightly warm and poor. Cereal soul have been a better choice. I would never stay here again」

「They did not have the room I booked on Expedia available. I had booked a king size handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower. They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable.」

「Great」

「Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good.」

「The pool was under maintenance which is the reason I rented the room for a getaway.. dirty room..crumbs and hair that were visible..」

「Booked because it's across the street from the transit center, and very glad we did. The staff were incredibly helpful, including the front desk person physically walking me to the on-site restaurant fairly late when he was unable to confirm on the phone whether or not they were still open. The room was beautiful and, with the kitchenette, a very good value for the money. The free hot breakfast was definitely a plus, too. We are HIGHLY likely to stay here again in the future.」
