“Location was great. ”

“This was a quick turnaround trip for me so I was hoping that it would be smooth sailing however valet never came out to get my car which is $45 a night anyways. I ended up having to pay to park down the street. There were stains and hair on the sheets, I did not get the room I requested and paid for which was a king bed but the front desk lady was really nice. She was the best part of my visit. Other than that. It’s very average if you’re just kind of doing a quick trip.”

From the above and beyond service and friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness, charm, and quality of the rooms, and the unique (Carousel Bar) and luxurious (rooftop pool) amenities, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay! 100/10”

“Modern, brand-new hotel in a great area, short walk to attractions and restaurants but away from noisy streets. Comfy bed and friendly staff. This is the second Virgin hotel I’ve stayed at and would recommend it!”

“Front desk staff at check in was awesome. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The view from my room facing the riverfront was relaxing.”

“The hotel was in a perfect location and within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. The only complaint is there is absolutely no water pressure in the rooms. I understand wanting to preserve water, but you waste more because it takes 4x as long to take a shower with zero water pressure.”
