Hotel was in a great location. Tucked away from the larger touristy areas but still plenty of bangkok charm with local markets and street food. The rooftop pool was great after a hot day of walking. Only downside i found it hard to get grab taxis. No issue getting them to go there when i was in other areas bit didnt really come pick up there

Overall very good. Staff very nice and friendly. Breakfast has a lot of options, including egg station and great coffee. The only downside was the bathtub as it’s too difficult to get in and out due to being quite up, and it floods quite easily which can be a bit dangerous. Also the rooms are noisy, you can literally hear everything that’s happening in the room next door, including conversations as if it’s happening in your own room. Despite this, it’s a nice comfortable cheap option when staying in Bangkok

It's always a nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff are aways helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely and the buffet breakfast is always worth adding to your booking.

Its a a great stay. The area is just a quick ride away from getting any where you want to go. The restaurants around the area were pretty good as well. The rooms were cleaned every day with a nee toothbrush and brand new soaps. It was great all in all.

It is always a lovely place to stay. I was lucky enough to get an early check-in. The room is clean and well- appoin ted. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely on a hot day (it was 36 degrees).

Hotel is in a great less touristy location surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. It is a busy area but rooms are quite and comfortable. Pool area is lovely but fills up quickly. Breakfast buffet has lots of selection and hotel staff is very friendly! Would recommend.

Nice area

Good stay, friendly staff and nice area with lots of places to eat and get a massage. Lovely place called Jyak&Lym just up the road. The pool area is nice. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked like a good range of food.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with anything we asked. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room since we were staying for a week, which made our experience even better. The pool was amazing — a real highlight — and the gym had everything we needed for a good workout. I booked this hotel last minute, and I can honestly say it saved our vacation. I have no regrets and would definitely stay here again!

Nice little stop after a long flu

We only stayed for two nights on arrival in Bangkok after an 11 hour flight from the UK. We liked he location, peaceful and quiet, 7-11 just outside and a great spa for good professional massage. Grab taxi is cheap to go anywhere from 300 bhat. The hotel itself is very nice with a rooftop pool with some pretty decent views and a gym (I didn’t visit the gym). The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Always a nice place to stay right in the middle of Sathorn. Lovely reception, pool and dining room. My room was nice but is due for a bit of an update and some maintenance - window curtain hooks, grouting in bathroom etc. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Close to shopping, a local market and lots of upmarket local bars.

I have stayed here so many times that it makes it difficult to be subjective. For the price it is good. It is a luxury hotel on a budget. Great location. Great breakfast buffet. I was upgraded this trip, but some of the room features still need updating - it's showing its age. Unfortunately, no time for the pool.

Was a lovely hotel with lovely staff but I think the facilities let it down. The pool has a lot of chlorine in it makes it hard to swim in the pool for a long time. The rooftop is next level btw great view and sun all day. Just if you want to swim a lot for long time I found it hard. But rooms lovely and comfortable and good area loads of cheap food and on your doorstep.

I've stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. This time it was different. While the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful the room let my stay down. The bathroom was not particularly clean - mould around the bathtub/shower and the wall above the sink had not been properly cleaned. Added to this was my discovery, upon my arrival, that I had two single beds. Not particularly comfortable, and I feared that I would roll off the edge at night. This still remains a very good hotel and is value for money. I'm taking this as a one off oversight.

Everything besides check in was very good. The terminal was not working and receptionist refused to take cash payment. He ended up letting us go up with a cash deposit and paying in the morning. Staff was friendly and suggested good spots to eat and do our laundry.

I have stayed here many times before. The level of front desk service has improved considerably. The rooms are tastefully furnished, but the attention to detail with the cleaning needs to step up a notch. I’m not particularly tall but the shower head was very low and not adjustable. The only other issue is the comings and going’s early in the morning I.e 2.30 -3.00am with the slamming of doors which woke me. The pool and pool deck is one of the nicest in the area.
