The receptionist was rude so the check in experience was bad. The room was too hot when I got there, took some time to get cooled down after turning on the Aircon. The cupboard were not clean as such.

직원들 서비스는 괜찮은 편인데 시설은 썩 좋은 편이라 말하긴 어렵습니다. 옷장에 옷걸이도 없고 화장실 휴지도 거의 다 떨어진 상태로 있었고 비누 샴푸 등 욕실용품이 전혀 구비되어 있지 않았습니다. 그나마 에어컨이 잘 되어 시원하게 잘 잤습니다.

Outstanding airport hotel

Great hotel overall. Very nice basic room. Clean, safe, with friendly staff. The internet is not dependable at all unfortunately though. If you are looking for a good value hotel near the airport, this is definitely a good choice. You could easily stay there and venture into the city by train; about a 30 minute trip.

Ok hotel

One night at this hotel. Its ok. I think its almost a new one. I was the only guest there. Nothing close by. I walked to shopping mall and it took me about 40 min I think. Have 7/11 close. Took taxi in the morning to the airport. 10-15 min and little over 100 bht.

Great place to stay!

While this is not close enough to a Skytrain station to walk, the staff will get you a taxi and it is only about 55 baht there. We opted to take a taxi from the airport to our hotel and it was around 105 baht. Staff was so polite. They did everything they could to please us. Room was simple. Clean and they cleaned daily and left fresh towels. We would absolutely stay here again!

空港に近いが無料の送迎がないのが残念。部屋は広くまあまあ清潔、ベットが恐ろしく硬い。角部屋に泊まったが窓はすごく小さく息が詰まる気がした。一泊だけなら　良いと思う。

Terrible hotel

I had bad experience living five days at this hotel with an expensive cost. This is not a professional hotel. It is kind of apartment upgrading to hotel. There was no good breakfast providing to me like their advertisement. Wifi could not access, while there were many customers access it. Also, there was no solution to fix this problem while it happened. I totally say that do not have a rest at this hotel for many days. However, if you are looking to stay only one night for transferring flight. It should be OK because of only one reason. it is close to the airport.

일하는 직원들 친절함. 그게 다임 그냥 도미토리정도 수준의 호텔이며 가격은 하루 500~700밧 정도가 적당한 선임. 그냥 월세를 받는 콘도인데 월세는 한달10~13만원 정도인듯함. (보증금를 내어야 하기에 정확히 말하기는 어려움, 두달째부터는 가격이 내려간다고 함) 비어있는 방을 이용하여 호텔을 운영하기로 한듯하나, 일하는 직원들이 이게 무었을 의미하는지 잘 모르는듯함. 손님이 오는 순간 부산스러워 졌음...어떻게 해야하는지 서로 상의 하는듯한 분위기...ㅋ 아침은 준다고 했으나...아침을 어디서 먹는지도...주어야 하는지도 모름...그나마 영어가 되는 직원을 만났으나...친절하게도 그러면 자기가 지금 만들어 주겠다고 함... 9시이전부터 땅파는 도구로 공사를 시작하는 바람에(안내같은것은 없음) 온 건물이 드르륵 거림. 욕실은...작은 화장실에(1/3평 정도) 샤워기 붙어있다고 생각하면 됨 다 쓰기도 어려우니 그냥 가지 마세요. 느낌은...가게를 열었서 공사를 하는데...누군가 물건을 사러와서 신기해 하면서도 어떻게 해야되는지 모르는 느낌...정도라 생각하면됨. 직접가서 숙박을 하겠다고 하면 700밧임... 공항근처에서 하루를 그냥 숙박만 하면된다 하면 싼맛에 가보시기 바람.

I am very touched with the hotel staff service. during the stay i have gum infection and i request for soft food for breakfast and they specially made porridge for me. All the hotel staff are polite and always put on a smile. Will come back to stay if i visit BKK again
