"We were pleasantly surprised by the room, it was clean, bright and spotless, the kitchen had a microwave, toaster and kettle, fridge and freezer. There was air conditioning which kept the room nice and cool. The bathroom was lovely, hand wash and shampoo and conditioner was supplied. We had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return."
"The host did not answer one single message I sent.Extremely difficult to find.Check in information given at last minute, appalling.Codes for entry didn’t work, took five phone calls and nearly 1 hr to be able to enter building.Eventually once inside it was ok, but extremely small.Booked through stayz, but all correspondence was from Newcastle executive apartments, very confusing."
"The pictures used and address on WOTIF are not the property. It is in fact across the road. I booked a ground floor unit due to issues with stairs for medical reasons and I was given a 3rd floor unit with stair access only. Check In process was a nightmare. I had to call to find out how I get access. Was told they send a code for the gate and room. After 5 calls and an hr and half wait, I was finally given codes. Went to address and found signage stating this is wrong property and that the property is across the street at a different address. The room was very clean and was central to a lot of services. But very noisy. You can hear the untis adjoining as if there were no walls. "
