「staff is a bit careless as gave me a room key with someone inside it, it’s really embarrassing to open the door while the guests behind me and asks why i am opened their room」

「This was an awful experience, which is such a same because it was a beautiful location.The Host was nearly impossible to contact and communicate with. We were asked to wait an hour later to check-in due to cleaning issues. Then when we were finally able to enter, none of the 3 TVs worked, there was no wifi (though advertised there was), and there had been NO CLEANING. The sheets on the beds had not been changed, evidenced by the stains and hair, and strong scent of perfume on the one bed. We...

「My wife and I had really wonderful time at Lathi’s condo. It is very well equipped and has everything we would need for winter vacation. And all equipment is in very good working condition, which is not always the case with rental properties. The only minor thing that we would ask for is second key for the entrance. One key is not always convenient for multiple people.」
