“Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The wildlife was amazing to see. We had fun feeding the deer, one was brave enough to feed from our hands. Cottage was well stocked and very clean with comfy beds. Our host replied asap to any questions we had. It was a great family retreat”

“I just spent the most wonderful week at this property. I was looking for a great swimming spot with privacy and many comforts and that’s just what I got! The cottage is beautiful, the outdoor spots are magnificent, great swimming and lots to do! Favorite time was the hammock and my book in the shade in the late afternoon after all the activities. All the comforts inside I could ask for with a real cottage experience. Deborah is an amazing host and so quick to respond if any questions or needs……

“The location is perfect, peaceful with great views, close to downtown. The cottage has spacious rooms. The only drawback - cleanliness. The bathroom was not cleaned appropriately, with some leftovers and hair. No soap, shampoo or some other necessary stuff. Would say not good value for money. Pretty pricey for such conditions.”

“The listing suggested this was a cottage-style rental, but unfortunately it fell short in several areas. There is no water access or view, which was a key expectation. The outdoor fire pit is located in the front yard facing the road, next to a neighboring property that appears to be in poor condition, which took away from the experience.We were also looking forward to the indoor fireplace, but it is not functional. The sauna is an indoor kit that doesn’t seem well-suited for the space, and the……

“Really easy to check in and find the property. We really loved that firewood and towels were provided. The property isn’t as close to the lake as we expected but still less than a 5 minute walk. One small thing to improve on would be the quality of toilet paper provided. Everything else was great, we had a great time and would stay again for sure.”
