“Staff were not approachable. No extra resort info provided. No smile or thank yous etc. Stood mute when other customers were complaining. Only talked about them after they left. We were in the middle of checking in when this happened.Seemed to lack official hotel training.
Breakast was horrible. We left halfway through eating. Basics only-nonreal variety-only fresh fruit was apples that looked old. Coffee weak and tastless. Buffet serving tray lids looked handled alot & unclean.

“A bit disappointed that the water park wasn’t set up for the kids as this was something we went into the weekend looking forward to. But besides that, we had a blast at the pool and hot tub. The lifeguard on the dock was lovely and we got to use the canoes, paddle boat and water trampoline. The fire pit at night was also a nice end to the day.

“The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and the one couch was ripped and the furniture and ladder is definitely not made for heavier people. Kids running around until 2am. My kettle caught on fire... which they replaced but no apologies. Also, i booked 3 nights and after 1 night i had to show my receipt that i was there for 3 nights. Overall everything was very clean but its not a place for me for what i paid.”
