「We liked the room, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were too thin. Even though the room is non-smoking, there are large coffee cans outside each room for cigarettes. The parking lot was full of pickup trucks and the men in them talked outside non stop until about 1.00am. Is there no deadline for quiet? In the morning, the office was (still) locked at 7.30. Breakfast was supposed to be available but the door was locked. We also wanted to know what to do with the room key but there was no one...

「You can tell that this place was once loved and well taken care of. It is in desperate need of maintenance and updates. The public areas were dirty and in disrepair in spots. The rooms we stayed in needed paint and the plumbing was backed up. The beds were old and sagged in the middle. The fitness room had several machines that were out of order and they were all very old (like from the 80s). The staff was polite but none of them seemed to want to be there. The food was mediocre. The view was...
