“A newer hotel and so it is spotless and has awards for its outstanding cleanliness. Staff at breakfast were delightful and helpful and attentive. Front desk was efficient and friendly. Would stay here again!”

“The staff was very accommodating and friendly as we had double booked a room through Expedia and bookings.com. He was able to swiftly change one to the next night. The room is clean with well maintained walls and floors and appliances. Sturdy furniture. Because it is dog friendly, there is a slight evident scent when we firstly opened the door but it wasn't terribly offensive. The price is spot on affordable. We'll done Town and Country. Thank you.”

“When I had originally booked… I had mentioned that I needed a room that would be easy to access with a walker. We had two rooms booked but when we got to the hotel, to access the rooms, my 87yr old mother had numerous flights of stairs with no elevator available. The front desk did change their room to a more accessible room but that also meant we could not be next to them. This hotel is not suitable for seniors with accessibility issues. On our first early morning, the fire alarm was……

“Our stay was good, but I would have liked to know ahead of time that there was construction on the front facade and the front parking lot was closed to guests and parking was limited. Also some indication as to where to enter would have been helpful. The staff was GREAT. Out room was small, the bathroom sink was leaking and we had to get all new hand towels as they were soaked and we put the recycling bin under to catch the water for the remainder of our stay, the bathroom door did not close……

“The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and the one couch was ripped and the furniture and ladder is definitely not made for heavier people. Kids running around until 2am. My kettle caught on fire... which they replaced but no apologies. Also, i booked 3 nights and after 1 night i had to show my receipt that i was there for 3 nights. Overall everything was very clean but its not a place for me for what i paid.”
