"Elevator was not working. My room was on 3 rd floor. I'm 75 years old. It was rough with my luggage . Shuttle was great. Desk staff was great. Just only room for me was on 3 rd floor. I would never do that again ..stairs were too much. "

"Only one person at desk. She did the best she could. Then there was longer black hair in the shower. I complained. But all she could do was clean it up. We told her not to bother. We didn’t use the shower. And had to go get a remote. And it didn’t work properly. Never stay here. "
