An extremely comfortable and well-appointed house. We had commitments around Orange, Oberon and Bathurst & this house was well located to serve. A wonderful bonus was the garden which was in full spring bloom and lovely to wander around & make of the outdoor setting. I’m glad we brought some firewood because it was still cool enough in the evenings & this made us very cosy.

Bathurst Getaway

We had four days at Laffing Waters Estate and didn’t want to leave. The accommodation here was just perfect. Beautiful ,spacious, clean and had everything you could want. The outdoor area was stunning and we just loved sitting outside. Ideal location which was so quiet but only a 10 minute drive to centre of town. Highly recommend this accomodation.

Friends weekend

This was a great place to spend some time with friends for the weekend! We enjoyed staying at a place that was out of town, but still close enough to easily go into Bathurst when we wanted. The property was a great size, and very relaxing! My dog thought it was a great place for exploring and endless running around! Its somewhere I would highly recommend

Country Charm

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was great far enough out of Bathurst to feel secluded but with only a 10 minute drive to the CBD made the location ideal. The accommodation was clean, equipped with everything you need, including a well equipped kitchen. I also loved the well maintained gardens and the open living spaces. Only downside was the beds I’m use to a firm mattress the mattress was way to soft for me. I highly recommend this property if you looking for a country escape.

A Great Week

A group of eight people all over 67 years of age. Stayed for five nights to attend a conference in Bathurst and this home / house was just perfect. Everything we could have ever wished for from the home itself with wonderful gardens and grounds to meander around to everyday utensils you would ever need. So spacious with the best ambience ever. Thank you.

WOW! What a property - just perfect!
