「This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back....

「The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant conversation with them during check-in and check-out. The room was tidy and well-maintained. When I requested additional coffee packs from housekeeping, they generously provided me with more than I expected. The room is well-equipped with plenty of electrical sockets, which is very convenient. However, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and could be improved.」

「All very good except the signage. I was nearly back on the M1 before I saw the sign hidden by bushes. there was no sign as I came off the M1 and as it was dark I had to assume it was there somewhere」

「Fourth stay at this hotel. It’s a great position for what we need . But the public areas and the rooms are beginning to look very tired . Leather sofa all torn and no support. Breakfast is just alright . On the plus side it’s good value for money 」

「It's in the student halls "village". There can be noise from reveller students overnight , guess you just hope for the best. I have noticed it can get pretty hot - the duvets whilst not thick do seem very warm. The bed was a wide single which I have to say was very comfy! I took my own pillows as can be a bit funny with pillows. Staff friendly. These buildings do tend to suffer from slamming door syndrome which I noticed a couple of times, but not too bad (please keep an eye on the maintenance...
