「It was a very disgusting experience. If there is a choice of 0 star would have chosen it specifically in regards to cleanliness and amenities. Stained sheets, very untidy room wherein you can still strands of animal hairs all over the flooring and other disgusting left over dirts from the previous occupants, etc. The linens are disgusting as if they were just reused and weren’t even tucked in properly. Pillows were unarranged as if someone has recently used them. Amenities were super limited....

「I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.」

「2 TV sets but all shows NO SIGNAL. WIFI connection is not available. Service center only reply: SORRY. Bathroom water is not hot enough to enjoy bath, NO sign of HOT and COLD on bathroom faucet, it is confusing. the lock of window in balcony side is broken, it is difficult to closed. 」
