“The caretaker and his family were lovely! The property is beautiful, but could use some deep cleaning (dirty light switches, grimy doors where people’s hands have been). We saw some bugs, which is to be expected in a home that is always open to the outdoors. Amazing location. ”

The owner , Francis, is very nice and knowledgeable about the island and he goes out of his way to make sure the accommodations are great and answer questions you may have. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this location again. ”

“We (a 3-generation family of 2 seniors, two adults and two kids - 6 and 11) spent a weeks' family vacation over Christmas here. It was wonderful. Mrs. Shelley took care of everything for us, including cooking all meals for us. For Christmas, we had shrimp and conch ceviche, and lobster two ways - grilled and lobster Newburg - also fresh deserts every night. This left us free us to be together and enjoy the pool and kids. Mr. Lesta picked coconuts for each of us and showed us how to get the milk.……

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom bungalow and it was perfect. The pool was fantastic and the grounds were lovely , especially at night when lights came on. Michelle and Scott were wonderful hosts. Close to airport but never heard planes. Highly recommend this place...”

“This properly is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. Christine you have one beautiful home here.The property manager, Leo was on top of every adventure we wanted to do. Every day we did something new. The property is located perfectly. Where shopping ,restaurants, grocery store are very easy to get to with just a short car ride maybe a couple minutes only. “Ummmm…. Where to begin. The property has a view like no other. However….its clean but not clean, it’s great but not great lol. The treehouse has great potential, definitely needs A/C we had a pretty rough sleep unless you’re use to the heat. Being from Canada we almost melted. It’s tidy and livable but definitely not clean. The bedding and towels were clean. But the toilet, fridge, sink, dishes and drying rack all needed a good wipe down. I was happy we had travel Lysol wipes to say the least.……

“Casa Amarillo is perfect for up to 5 couples! The house was clean, the two kitchens make it very convenient and the pool was very clean as they stopped by almost every morning to clean it! Ester couldn’t have made our trip any smoother. She answered all questions, booked our flight from Belize City to Ambergris Caye and our shuttles to the house. Super host, great home and Belize is amazing!”

“This property was a trek- in the best way. The scenery is idyllic and so peaceful. The home is gorgeous and everything we hoped for. Lucy’s cooking was a huge bonus!! Go for her belezian breakfast AND the monkeys you can see from the balcony… we did a jungle river tour and horseback ride that basically left from the property and were life changing. I could not recommend a place more!”
