“We had a wonderful stay in San Ignacio at the Babette House. The house and the grounds were beautiful and clean and had all the amenities except access to washer and dryer. Plenty of room for a group of 9. House had everything we needed and what we ran out of we got at the market close by. Maybe needs more towels but not a big problem if you brought your own. Check in and out were easy ! Melly was always quick to answer our questions. The house is perfectly located near lots of shops and……

“A very enjoyable stay at the south end of the island away from the busy-ness of centro. Ocean access steps away with a beautiful view off the dock. The pools were clean and quiet, a great way to relax in the afternoon with partial shade for those really hot days. We loved having 3 floors of comfort to spread out. The roof top was a perfect beginning and ending to our days. Amenities onsite were awesome. Staff is very helpful and friendly. ”

Private, combed beach with several shady coconut trees, pristine swimming pool with adjacent gas grill, comfortable rooms, kitchen, et al. Easy walk to great restaurants, cafe, art and souvenir mega store, and tour operators, but with a quiet, edge of town feel. Very safe and quiet. Communications with the owner were timely, friendly and super helpful.”

“Family of 7 and our first time to Belize. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was very clean and had everything this we needed. We spent lots of time lounging on the deck and the kids swam in the pool. Rubin and Mariza made our stay extra special by welcoming us and cooking a few fantastic dinners. You need to have them cook a few dinners, they are excellent cooks and hosts. They can also help you to book some great tours, just ask!Overall, it was a fantastic stay and……

“We had a great time all 6 of us 44-72 years of age. Pool is perfect, fishing off dock was great, even had some giant tarpons we think jumping a few feet out of the water hunting around the dock. snorkeling not so much to see always. But did see some stingray and a few interesting fish still. Barely used the air conditioning, breeze off ocean is pretty consistent most days and preferred by us. The kayaks got use, but they are very heavy and a workout to get in and out. The paddle board was out of……

“The house is very beautiful and spacious, and very well appointed. It was exactly as posted so no surprises and they have almost anything you could possibly need. We loved having Happy Hour at the bar by the pool and the pool itself is great. Loved the stools and various ledges. Check in was easy and communications with host was also very easy. They answered all our questions and helped us out with some logistics. ”
