"This rental is a DUMP. The exterior is littered with garbage, old lawn furniture, broken playground equipment, discarded building materials and dead mice. The inside is camped, dark and dirty (our white socks were filthy two seconds after walking around the house). The village of Saxeten, however, is lovely. It is remote, peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Many of the homes here are very tidy and well-kept, so this rental seems to be a blight to the community"

"Very bad treatment from the owners. If you arrive early or late you will end up in the street because no one will be in the office to open the apartment or you. The apartment is far away from the office. The neighborhood and the apartment are very bad and weird. They take you money immediately after you book. Then when you come they take something called "cleaning charges" (about 400 Swiss franks / CHF) but they will not clean the apartment daily, because you have to sign on a paper that says...
