Nicely furnished interior & patio

Unit is nicely furnished. Kitchen is well stocked but the frying pans are ready to be replaced. Living room couch has seen better days but the rest of the furniture is in good shape. Exterior of the unit needs maintenance. Porch screens are ripped/torn. Paint on front door is peeling and wood is rotting leading up to the front door.

Sea Colony is amazing. Unfortunately, this unit was very disappointing. Bathrooms and common areas were not clean upon check-in. The shower heads had mold. The refrigerator did not appear as though it had been cleaned in weeks. I could go on, and probably should give a lower rating, but we booked late and had low expectations.

Great location

First floor, close to the aquatic center pool with many activities. Comfortably furnished. Enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee. Bike rack at the bottom of the entry steps was convenient. Sea Colony is well maintained & provides beach shuttle service. We would like to stay here again.

Fantastic week in Sea Colony

We have been coming to Sea Colony for eight years, and our family voted this condo our favorite. More than enough room for our family of four, and it is 100 yards from a pool! Highly recommend.

Great Family locale!

The resort was lovely! The condo was a great size for our family of four and while simply decorated, it had everything we needed. This was our first time in Delaware and the area had many fun things to do along with many delicious places to eat. I would recommend to friends and will likely return!
