Great stay

Perfect place for a couple. The full wall of picture window is great, especially on the days when the weather isn’t. Always a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen is more than adequate. The bedroom is comfortable. This was our first time to Bethany Beach. We loved the quiet atmosphere of the area and the restaurant choices were good. My husband appreciated the tennis facility and the opportunity to sign up for clinics. I look forward to a return visit, especially to this particular unit. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Mixed feelings

The view was spectacular and (when in effect) the assigned parking spot couldn't be more convenient. But if you expect to cook, even basic stuff like scrambled eggs, look elsewhere. Pans were virtually unusable and 1 was filthy, as was the toaster oven. Drawers were a jumble of "stuff". And when they say "coffee pot", they mean a 5 cup very basic unit.

Cute Place/bad timing

We loved the view of the beachfront condo and the amenities provided with the grounds. We were given a heads up that there may be noise due to construction, however the construction was right outside of the unit and started at a whopping 7am on Saturday and Sunday mornings. No sleeping in for us on our days off. The toilet leaked, they sent someone to fix it Friday evening, held us up for a few hours when we first arrived. We were told it was fixed but noticed it leaked the next time we tried to use it. We left a VM for Vacasa and decided just not to use it for the weekend. Thank goodness there was a powder room to use. It’s a cute place and was very clean. Prob would not rent again due to the noise interruption, more clarity on that should have been disclosed.

Had a wonderful time with just me and my daughter! Very peaceful and relaxing! Only issue was people using or blocking your parking spot because it's next to the door. Other than that it was great!

Nice little place for the weekend. Great view. Bathtub needs cleaned or replaced. dirty tub and jets. Bathroom ceiling tiles were not covering the ceiling.
