「Unfortunately we were met with a very rude receptionist upon arrival, to be transported to a villa that had a parking lot and electrical system view, vs a golf course view as paid for, to then be charged an upgrade fee to get the room we initially paid for through Expedia, to then have no cleaning service for days and then to check out with a bill of a couple $100s that I had to argue with and almost missed my flight because another guest decided to charge my room with all their food and drinks...

「Beautiful stay. We had an oceanfront balcony which we very much enjoyed and used daily. Staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. I appreciate that there are no tv’s in the rooms, which helps with being in the moment and focusing on the beautiful setting that you are in. Beautiful pool and steps from the ocean. Walkable to downtown Willemstad, as well as bus stops. Would definitely stay again.」
