“The only good part of this hotel is that it’s close to the beach. The staff didn’t do much to show any appreciation for those celebrating special occasions. I’ve stayed in all over the Caribbean and usually the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating but this front end staff was very laidback and gave a sense of do it yourself feel to the place.”

“Beautiful property, gorgeous ocean, many pools, ocean rocked off so easy to swim in ocean. Loved sunscape amenities like private pool, upscale liquor, vip services , minibar in room, concierge Kareen was fabulous when I needed help!! Kenneth and Beverly were fabulous bartenders and kind people!! Natalie, Verona, Peter, Harthan were great in the restaurants always sweet, nice , helpful, fun, made our stay even nicer!! All these wonderful staff made our stay fabulous 👌 only issue was checkin……

“I had a wonderful relaxing stay here as a solo traveler. Staff in training were helpful, pumpkin pancakes for breakfast amazing, pool clean. Across the street from Parasasa Playa-swimming,not good for snorkeling. Great place to stay 10 minutes from downtown.”

“Everything was good in my experience. We didn’t like how self served it is for what we paid. Having to find your own table at the buffet and getting your own drinks was new to us. Also many times we needed to get our own cutlery, which isnt a big deal but for a 7k trip seemed like the service didnt match the price. The staff was friendly and helpful, grounds were maintained well. The beach was Great, our kids loved the dock to jump off. It was a great trip but not worth the price. Food was……
