「Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Other staff when in halls unfriendly, would not speak. Room was clean but only one coffee cup for 2 people, chain lock missing. Furniture is old, worn and chipped. Industrial area did not find appealing. Checked out early (one day) no compensation offered. Did not expect not to pay but would have been nice to had some kind of compensation. 」

「This is an older building but the owners have done a lovely job of providing a welcoming and comfortable inn. There was no staff available on site but an email prior to arrival explained everything we needed to know about check-in and providing a phone number in the event we had questions. 「Breakfast options were somewhat limited and juice machine did not work during our stay. Would suggest marking parking spaces for accommodating room and the additional people loitering during late evenings needs to be addressed. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay otherwise.」
