「Room was clean, fresh smelling, cosy and comfy. We had a good night's sleep. Parking was great, close to the room. Can't fault any staff member as all were friendly and polite. Food was great」

「The soundproof was not good at all. During late evening and early in the morning, the footsteps from upstairs were SO LOUD. We could not sleep well due to the noise. The squeaking sound was crazy, as the guests kept walking. Sound proof of walls on the same floor was ok, not silent, but totally acceptable. Apart from the noise, everything is fine. The location is good. Not too far from town centre. It has a big car park, so perfect for a rest in the middle of road trip. Cleaniness is also...

「An absolutely stunning hotel in a brilliant location. The grounds, hotel and room were phenomenal, easily standing high above other similar accommodation in the area. I will be returning any time i travel to Birmingham in the future - anywhere else will just feel disappointing now! 」

「Lovely quiet location, parking immediately outside, very friendly welcome. Superb room, warm, clean, fun smart decor. Comfy beds with toppers. Lashings of hot water. Welcome tray with tea(s), coffee, hot choc, biscuits, squash, bottled water. These small things that make the difference included fresh milk in the fridge. Perfectly quiet pre airport/NEC stay. Would definitely return. Thank you! 」
