"Nice clean hotel located in the financial districts. It was about a 10 minute walk to little Italy and maybe 5 minutes to Chinatown. I definitely felt safe walking around this area. Rooms were clean and up to date. "

I needed hot water, and when I asked for it, they promptly sent a kettle to my room. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants, Market St. and BART. Will definitely come back again. "
