「This property is very unique in that it is a secure gated compound surrounded by a security fence and requires a code to enter. (Use the phone number in the gate if you don’t have the code…the office answers promptly). Once inside the compound, the registration office is also unique as it is constructed of shipping containers. 「Fine property but several inconveniences. Upstairs shower is very small, not usable for any adult or teenager, so expect to only have one shower. Additionally main shower head is damaged and has a significant leak out the bottom of the head. No kitchen trash bags or paper towels were provided so we had to go buy some. Overall it was good for a weekend stay where we weren't at the house much.」

The house was very clean and the furnishings were cute and comfortable. The sheets smelled really clean like they’d just been washed. Owners had a great coffee area set up, only thing was there were not coffee filters, so we didn't get to take advantages of the coffee. 「My friend and I spent a week traveling NM and stayed here after visiting Carlsbad caverns. It’s a really cute house, the area felt very safe, and it’s by plenty of food and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area!」
