After a day on the slopes or trails, gather in the cozy living room by the gas fireplace and enjoy movie night on the large TV with home theater surround sound.
The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and chef-ready tools, and the adjacent dining area makes it simple to serve home-cooked meals or après-ski brunch. Step out to the private deck for a soak in the hot tub while you take in the mountain views.
Working remotely? A dedicated desk area for two with dual external monitors and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected. Gear up in the heated single-car garage, charge your EV, and leave the car—Peak 8 and the BreckConnect Gondola are just a short walk, and the free bus is steps away. Smart TVs, board games, and an in-home washer/dryer round out the essentials.

• Stairs: The home includes staircases. Please review photos to ensure it meets your accessibility needs.
• Winter driving: Roads are plowed, though AWD/4WD with all-weather or winter tires is recommended in winter months.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM; please be respectful of neighbors.
• The water in the hot tub is changed periodically to ensure the most sanitary conditions for guests. Thus, it may not be at the optimal temperature upon your arrival. Please rest assured that it will heat up promptly for your enjoyment during your stay.
• This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to our rural/mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
