Great pet friendly hotel. Room was a little smaller than I expected but it worked well for us and had a great location. It is a little dated but still nice.
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our small family, 2 adults and 5yr old. We love the convenience of being at Beaver Run and the amenities.
Room was very accessible to several lifts, and only a short 7-8 minute walk to downtown. Staff was very nice, and helpful when needed. Several hot tubs to choose from, sauna & fitness center were perfect for combatting soreness from playing on the slopes.
This property was well sized for two people and a dog. The building backs up to a ski run, which made taking the dog out (during summer) very convenient. Was just a short walk to main street.
This place is clutch for skiing. When leaving, the Beaver Run lift is very close. When returning, you can ski right of the run to the locker room doors. Leave your gear in a locker and take the elevator up to the unit. The resort property was great for the family. The shuttle to the main streets of Breck was great. The unit was nice but a bit cramped for a family of 4. Its also feels a little outdated. The shower is great and the bed was comfortable.
Amazing unit ski in ski out great price....we had a great trip here and will return...amazing amenities...hit tub pool restaurants...you never have to leave...everything is right on prem....recommend this unit!! You actually ski into the locker room practically. Thx.
Stayed in the rental with my fiancé and our dog. I think building four is the pet friendly building and we saw a good amount of owners with their dogs. The building is located right by the ski lift and perfect walking area for our dogs. The checkin and checkout was through the resort. There was a line to check-in and check-out. I believe it’s because check-in and check-out is the same for all the people renting.
Location and value was great. The door to the hall was damaged and had a huge gap at the bottom letting a lot of noise into the bedroom since that's the first room. Difficult to get a good night sleep
Perfect size for my family. Two adults and a 5 year old. The shuttle was great getting to and from. The 5 year old loved the pools, hot tubs and arcade. Only one issue was a remote didn’t have batteries. That was easily fixed by the front desk though within minutes. We would definitely stay here again.
Overall our stay was good. A lovely location; Beaver Run is a great venue. The room stuffy at first and was difficult to cool down even with a fan in the window. We wondered if having the bed near the window would be helpful especially in the summer months. Appreciate your hospitality and have a wonderful rest of your summer!
Beaver Run is close to everything! We stayed at peak aspen season in the fall and every view was beautiful. Although Beaver Run itself is a bit dated - it has everything you need. The store in the complex has a lot of coffee and food options. The shuttle service was exceptional and easy to get to and from town.
As far as the unit - it had everything we needed. Kitchen was well supplied. It got a bit stuffy without AC but there were plenty of fans. It is not 5 star, but it was perfectly comfortable and easy to access. An overall great stay!!
Property Management had good communication, the condo was clean and well stocked and the price was good. The condo was hot, so if you plan to use it in the summer, know that there is no air conditioning, one window and no flow of air. Pleasant surprise was that the property had a shuttle for all local restaurants etc. That was very useful.
No issue with check in. We got there very early and were able to store our bags. The room is located in Bldg 4. I may be biased, but this is where the lockers were and we loved it! Not to mention how convenient the room is to any amenity you could ask for - the hot tubs, heated pool, and just a quick walk through the skywalk - the game room, Spencer’s restaurant(pricey but convenient), market store, and so on! And if you wanted to explore Breckenridge, highly recommend using the resort shuttles. Downtown Breckenridge is pretty busy and you don’t want to get stuck in traffic or have to pay for parking (Ubers are pricey for such a short distance, too) The shuttles use a handy app to track them so you can coordinate when to meet them at designated stops. (They’re also great resources for restaurant recommendations - whether it’s the driver or other passengers!)
The location of this condo is ideal, perfectly situated by the Beaver Run Superchair. Very easy to ski in/ski out and leave skis securely locked in the provided locker right off the lift. Our dog loved playing on the snowy hill behind the building and we loved the hot tubs, sauna, and steam room.
The Beaver Run complex is huge, so be aware that to check in, you should park in front of the main building, rather than building 4 where this condo is located. It’s a pretty long walk otherwise! The condo is very tight for 3 people and a large dog, but did its job for what we needed. The large shower is nice and relaxing after a day on the slopes.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to someone who isn’t necessarily looking for a spacious place, but wants a great location in Breck.
We stayed for a long weekend with our young kids and dog. The unit is as described. Truly a ski in and ski out. The ski locker was nice to have. Check in was seamless. The shuttle was convenient and dog friendly as well. We took it to main street where we attended the parade and took the shuttle back to the building. Parking garage is a bit of a walk to the unit but all indoors. Outdoor parking at building 4 is tight and very limited. We used the pool and it was so fun for the kids. The unit was very clean, with hotel style sheets. The carpet was worn and stained but Understandable as this is a pet friendly unit. The unit is small and fairly dated but was perfect for our needs. Note the unit doesn’t have a balcony.
Property location was great. Property is mountain facing, walk down one hallway, take the elevator down two levels to the ski lockers. Once you're done at the ski lockers, head out the door and access your choice of two lifts. When you're done for the day, simply ski off directly to the lockers, no walking involved.
Having a parking garage with access through the skywalk was convenient and warm when we needed.
The property layout could be better by pushing the kitchen to one side and combining the shower with the other parts of the bathroom, although it was nice to have a huge shower after a day on the slopes. This is no way had any negative impact on our stay.
Sleeper sofa was convenient and comfortable for the kiddos. If you're going to ski, this is a great place to stay!
Owner contact was available and check-in process was relatively easy.
Great stay overall! Thank you.
