「Dit hotel geeft je het persoonlijke gevoel dat je bij iemand logeert. Het onthaal is warm en persoonlijk. Even lekker zitten met koffie en thee met een introductie van Louise. De inrichting is oud Engels chique. Diverse lounges en ruime slaapkamers. Een heerlijk Engels ontbijt en ’s’avonds ook lekker gegeten. 「We stayed in the Swan Deluxe Suite and wished we'd booked for longer. It looks like it was only recently renovated and it was immaculate, clean and tasteful. Was nice having a separate living area. The robes and slippers were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. The little terrace was nice. If it had been warmer, i imagined having a drink on the terrace, looking at the gorgeous view. The breakfast was buffet style and had so many options. Didnt eat in the restaurant but looked nice....

「The host was acomodating and really helpful. Easily accessible via texts. We never actually saw her. Room was prepared for us and welcoming, refreshments were available on arrival and kid found little fridge greaf. Some little things in there that makes the room not be worth 10/10 like little TV never working or shower leaking so needing to use one of towels to make sure we don't drown neighbours, but we would return providing that the order becomes easier. Unsure if I'd book via hotels.com...
