“I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but on arrival I was told that room “wasn’t ready” and was offered a completely different room with only one bed instead. “They demand a $60 deposit with the promise of a refund at checkout. It took 6 days before they credited my card. They make a lot of $$$$ in interest holding on to $60 from every room every day and holding it for 6 days. Parking is almost impossible unless you’re driving a tiny smart car.
