“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“The host was very prompt and communicative. The place was also nearby downtown and had beautiful interiors. The o to recommendation I have would be to eventually change out the bed comforter, some pillows, and the mattress cover. I investigated a little too deeply and saw big brown stains on all of them which I understand comes from many guests using them and doing who knows what over time. It's just nice to come to a clean-looking bed. It was also hard to get used to the upstairs neighbors. I……

“The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value.”

“The suite had everything you would need to cook, wash clothes, dishwasher. Great location close to everything. Only thing no on-site parking. Other then that I would recommend to others”

“help desk is friendly and very helpful and available very late into the night. Everything is clean except our sofa-beds were broken/ not comfortable.”

“I booked One Sky Loft in advance, but I did not receive my check-in instructions on time, so I had to call to get access details. I would recommend calling the night before or the day before your stay to make sure everything is ready. The apartment with view to the street is pretty good, well organized and it looks as shown in the pictures in the page. The kitchen and laundry is a very appreciated plus.”
