“Disappointing stay
My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the unprofessional front desk receptionists.
At check-in, I asked a male receptionist to reserve a large taxi in English. I told him I would take the large taxi immediately after check out. I even gave him the specific date and time. He replied me an “OK”. However, when I checked out, a female receptionist said no booking had been made. She insisted that she could not help me since 1-day advance booking was required and……

“It was a very good and peaceful place to stay. This is very close to a nice area with lovely coffee shop and local adorable restaurants. The big coffee shop downstairs is also very handful for working, wifi is great. There is a kutchen where you can prepare your own lunch or snacks. I was in the dormitory which is very modern with locked cases and all the facilities. Bathroom is very modern and with good hair dryer. The location is perfect to take any bus to go around busan!
